Pay-as-you-go cloud computing Services

Pay-as-you-go is a cloud computing modality of service allowing you to analyze your sequencing data by yourself in the servers of Biotechvana. This service provides you with an important economic benefit since you only pay for the server´s computational time consumed in performing study, nothing more. That is, you only pay what you compute.

It is very easy, pipelines are executed through the friendly-to-use interfaces of the GPRO suite. In case you are not familiar with the methology and procedure we support you so you learn how to do it while you do it.

It is faster, as you manage yourself your analysis and your time

Analyses supported by this modality are those implemented in the pipelines of the GPRO suite pipelines including:

  • De novo assembly and annotation of genomes, transcriptomes, metagenomes and metatranscriptomes of both prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms.
  • Differential expression and enrichment analyses of RNAseq data.
  • Variant Calling and Annotation of exomes/genomes and amplicons.
