Which are the differences between the versions of PHYLOGRAPH?
Phylograph is an Java application that runs on most PCs as a standalone program. We offer two versions of this application: a multiplatform Java packaged executable ".jar" file and a Windows ".exe" installer package that creates desktop and start menu shortcuts.
The Java package ".jar" version can be executed by double-clicking on the package, or alternatively, can also be executed using the terminal with the following command:
java -jar com.biotechvana.phylograph_1_0_0.jar

What if I find a bug in PHYLOGRAPH?
PHYLOGRAPH has been satisfactorily tested but should your license prove defective, warranty assistance is provided via the technical support service. Users’ feedbacks as well as suggestions concerning new commands and utilities that might be of general interest are warmly welcome for incoming implementations of PHYLOGRAPH. We welcome bug reports and suggestions for additional features.
What are the PHYLOGRAPH system requirements?
The standalone application requires Java 6 or later. The minimum system requirements for this software are a PC with a Pentium 4 1.5 GHz or AMD Athlon XP 1500+ processor or higher with at least 1 GB of RAM.
