The “Pay-as-you-go” service is aimed at researchers who, for whatever reason, prefer to carry out the analysis of their data themselves. In any case, the “Pay-as-you-go” approach brings a significant economic benefit because you only pay for the server compute time you consume for the analysis—nothing else. In other words, you pay for what you compute.

It is really easy: the pipelines run through the GPRO Suite interfaces, which are very simple and intuitive to use, and if you are not fully familiar with this type of analysis, we will tutor you so you learn while doing it. It is cheaper: you only pay for the server compute time you consume when running your analyses. It is faster: you manage the analyses yourself and the time you dedicate to them.

All analyses supported by the Pay-as-you-Go procedure are those managed by the GPRO Suite pipelines. This includes:

• De novo assembly and annotation of genomes, transcriptomes, metagenomes, and metatranscriptomes from both eukaryotic and prokaryotic organisms (access DeNovoSeq Cloud).
• RNAseq differential expression studies and enrichment analysis (access RNAseq Cloud).
• Variant calling and annotation on exome/genome and amplicon data (access VariantSeq Cloud).
• Modeling for prognosis or diagnosis through Bayesian networks (access NeTools Cloud).
• Statistical analysis (access Statools Cloud).
